Partners Paul & Robin have over 25 years of combined restaurant experience and each bring their own unique talents & backgrounds to make this an exciting culinary venture.

One of the partners owned three successful bakeries in New York City for five years before deciding to bring this concept to Connecticut. The other brings a simple & fresh perspective from the Pacific Northwest with a passion for coffee. Given years of experience & training in the art of Parisian & Belgian pâtisseries we offer marvelous treats such as croissants, tarts, baguettes & more.

Green Leaf Organic Bakery & Café offers full service dine-in seating, additional seating on our patio during the nice weather, as well as a complete to-go menu for the guest on-the-run! We hope you’ll come & experience our passion for wholesome food & delicious coffee.
